即使你是注册护士，作为陪诊员你也不是主治医护人员。如实翻译、支持患者，把临床问题转给医生。绝不自行调整药量或作出诊断。
中国的国际医疗服务
许多国际患者在上海、北京、广州等地知名公立医院的国际医疗部或私立国际医院就诊。对资深医生通常以职称相称，如“王主任”“李教授”，而不是直呼其名。医院人多，请至少提前15分钟到达，每次就诊都要带上患者的护照。
